Rigel serves as CEO of LFC, overseeing all aspects of the business. AS CEO, Rigel brings over 16 years of high-performance hospitality leadership & entrepreneurship to the LFC team. Having held National Director level positions with several independent luxury hotel & resort brands as well as with Kimpton Hotels, in addition to holding C-level executive positions with 3 different hospitality startups, including Lucky Find Hospitality - An industry-leading global consultancy & management group for unique hotel offerings. In his role as CEO, Rigel’s focus is on championing the LFC vision & working with the CYC executive team + stakeholders to develop & manage strategy.

As CFO, Richard is a creative and analytical thinker, With core responsibilities including business development, financial analysis, due diligence and asset management, he has a vast knowledge of all aspects of business accounting and finance, playing a critical role in the company’s strategic growth. Throughout his career, Richard has analyzed over 200 investment opportunities – ranging from $20 million to $1 billion – overseeing complex financial operations for a range of companies including Vistana Signature Experiences, Groceries Apparel and El Paseo Bank.

Nick serves as Director & CMO of LFC, overseeing the general operations, & marketing strategies, in addition to spearheading new business development by way of creating & implementing innovative growth opportunities. Nick brings a unique blend of technical expertise and hospitality industry experience gained from years of management and advisory roles at several leading hotels of the world, as well as holding director & executive-level positions at multiple organizations including a successful enterprise technology company of which Nick was one of the founding members. In his role as CMO, Nick’s focus will be on driving brand recognition, customer engagement, and ensuring sustainable growth of the LFC portfolio.

Kai serves as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer to LFC, overseeing all legal, compliance and business matters. As General Counsel, Kai brings a wealth of experience across numerous practice areas, including real estate, business law, capital transactions, corporate governance, taxation and transactional law. In his role as both a legal and business advisor, Kai’s focus is devoted to developing solutions that support the company’s strategic growth and business objectives. Throughout his career, Kai has advised numerous early-stage companies from concept to capitalization.

Toly serves as Head of Design, Development and Projects for LFC. His international career with AECOM and Future Cities in development, design & construction project management, coupled with innovative and sustainable lifestyle principles, guide him in swiftly identifying opportunities, assessing their risks and feasibility, creatively overcoming challenges, directing and navigating through sensitive design and approvals processes, overseeing and executing the installation whilst engaging with local contractors, stakeholders and communities. Toly brings creative concepts, cost-efficient & impactful design, construction, marketing and sellout developments to life.

Prior to joining Lucky Find Hospitality, Meng served as Director of Investments at Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, a renowned $2 Billion Real Estate Investment Trust. During her nine-year tenure at Pebblebrook, Meng

played a pivotal role in shaping the hospitality investment landscape across the industry, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Meng serves as the Asset Manager for Hotel Herringbone, a new Lucky Find-owned and operated property in Waco, Texas, and assumes the mantle of CFO for Lucky Find Hospitality. Meng brings years of experience and expertise as she guides Lucky Find’s strategic growth into several key markets while directing the existing Lucky Find Hospitality portfolio.

At Lucky Find Hospitality, Meng will bring her wealth of experience and strategic vision to the forefront, overseeing the financial operations of the company and providing guidance on asset management strategies. Her appointment marks a significant milestone for Lucky Find Hospitality as it continues its trajectory of growth and expansion.

Kristin is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader that has been creating positive change in the private, non-profit, and public sectors for 20 years. Kristin has dedicate her career to converting tourism into a force of good for local people, their economies, and natural ecosystems. After nearly a decade of working in the nonprofit sector in land conservation, green building, and environmental media, Kristin launched Coates Consulting, a boutique sustainable tourism firm, where she and her team helped to create dozens of award-winning (National Geographic, T + L, Conde Nast) hospitality destinations from Patagonia to the South Pacific and throughout North America and New Zealand. Each property has been lauded for its excellence in service and experience while also being leaders in environmental stewardship and supporting the creation of local, regenerative economies.

Kuntal began his career with wellness retreats, and has worked in 4 continents, with more than 23 years of extensive operation and management experience. He has also served in the capacity of a founding partner in the new venture Jharkhand Organics, the first organic agribusiness in the Eastern state of India. Kuntal is a consultant to the restaurant start-ups Kiara Soul Kitchen in Delhi and a consultant to AUMA, an upscale restaurant in Delhi, Lapa Rios. He is an esteemed member of National Geographic's unique lodges of the world, and Aguas Claras, Cayuga's collection new addition of luxury lodges in Costa Rica. Kuntal is one of the most sought-after pre-opening specialists for hotel and restaurant projects in the world, an award-winning cookbook author, as well as a prolific trainer and educationist.
